The here regular meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Board was organized on October twenty-seventh ,2023 at the clubhouse . The gathering commenced promptly at seven thirty in the evening with President, Mr. Robert Taylor , presiding over the present board members.

Dear Residents,

This is to inform you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are instituting several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Beginning in early August, we will be implementing a revised schedule our landscape maintenance routine. This includes increased irrigation of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
